Pratiques hagiographiques II est la continuation de Pratiques hagiographiques dans l’Espagne du Moyen Âge et du Siècle d’Or, paru en 2005. Dans le volume que nous présentons ici sont traitées des questions concernant la littérature et l’histoire, l’histoire de l’art, le folklore, la religion et la théologie, au cours d’une longue période mieux caractérisée par son homogénéité que par ses différences internes, qui est celle du Moyen Âge et du Siècle d’Or espagnols. Chacun de ces deux grands moments a privilégié des thèmes et des angles d’approche spécifiques : pour le Moyen Âge, la modélisation héroïque du saint et la réorientation de l’hagiographie vers la narration de miracles spectaculaires ; pour le Siècle d’Or, l’élaboration et le contrôle de l’image de la sainteté dans le contexte de la Contre-Réforme, enjeux qui apparaissent nettement dans la comedia de santos et tout particulièrement dans les figures des saints au travail. Les rencontres scientifiques dont rendent compte ces pages, outre les échanges enrichissants qu’elles ont permis, témoignent de l’importance de l’interdisciplinarité dans ce genre de projet.

Der vorliegende Band enthält eine Sammlung der wichtigsten russischen Verfassungsprojekte aus der Zeit des ausgehenden 18. und frühen 19. Jahrhunderts. Gemäß der russischen Rechtstradition wurden nur diejenigen Texte ausgewählt und ediert, die ihrer Form und ihrem Inhalt nach der Vorstellungen einer modernen Verfassung möglichst vollständig entsprechen und somit die am Anfang des 19. Jahrhunderts in Russland hervorgetretene Tendenz zur Reformierung der staatlichen und gesellschaftlichen Ordnung widerspiegeln. Die Dokumente reichen zeitlich vom letzten Versuch des aufgeklärten Absolutismus zur Staatsreform um 1800 bis zu den rechtspolitischen Doktrinen der Dekabristen aus den 1820er Jahren. Im Entwurf von Alexander Andreevič Bezborodko (1747-1799) von 1799 finden sich zahlreiche fortschrittliche Bestimmungen, wie eine Ständevertretung, die Gewährung bürgerlicher Rechte sowie die Neuordnung der Verwaltung und Gerichte. Ebenfalls in der Edition enthalten ist die zehn Jahre später im Auftrag von Zar Alexander I. (1777- 1825) verfasste Einleitung zum Staatsgesetzbuch (Vvedenie k Uloženiju gosudarstvennych zakonov) von Michail Michailovič Speranskij (1772- 1839), welche unter anderem eine Liberalisierung der feudalen Strukturen des Landes und eine repräsentative Regierung erstrebte. Der 1818 bis 1820 unter der Federführung Nikolaj Nikolaevič Novosil'cevs (1761- 1836) erstellte Entwurf einer Verfassungscharta für das Russische Kaiserreich (Gosudarstvennaja ustavnaja gramota Rossijskoj imperii) baut auf den staatsrechtlichen Erfahrungen europäischer Länder, insbesondere Frankreichs, Polens und Deutschlands (Verfassungen von Bayern und Württemberg) auf und beeinflusste die nachfolgenden Projekte der liberalen Bürokratie bis Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts. Anders als die von der russischen Regierung selbst angestoßenen Reformversuche des Staatsapparats, stellen die Verfassungsprojekte der Dekabristen von 1825 einen revolutionären Gegenentwurf zur zaristischen Herrschaft dar. Aufbauend auf den naturrechtlichen Konzeptionen der Aufklärung und beeinflusst von den Verfassungen Nordamerikas stehen diese für Volkssouveränität, einen republikanischen Staatsaufbau sowie für die Abschaffung der Leibeigenschaft ein. Allen Forschenden, Lehrenden und Studierenden der Politologie, der politischen Philosophie, des Staatsrechts und der Geschichte steht somit eine wissenschaftlich annotierte Sammlung von russischen historischen Verfassungsprojekten auf authentischer Textbasis zur Verfügung. This volume contains a collection of the most important Russian constitutional projects from the late 18th to the early 19th century. In accordance with Russian legal tradition, only those texts were selected and edited whose form and content complied as completely as possible with the concept of a modern constitution. These texts reflect the tendency in Russia at the beginning of the 19th century toward reform of the state and social order. The documents cover a period stretching from the last attempt by the enlightened dictatorship to reform the state in around 1800, up to the legal policy doctrines of the Decembrists from the 1820s. A draft by Alexander Andreevič Bezborodko (1747-1799) from 1799 contains numerous progressive provisions, such as provisions for an assembly of the representatives of the estates, the granting of citizens rights and the reorganizing of the administration and laws. Also included in this publication is the introduction to the state statute book (Vvedenie k Uloženiju gosudarstvennych zakonov), written by Michail Michailovič Speranskij (1772-1839) ten years later, commissioned by the Czar Alexander I (1777-1825). This statute book aimed, among other things, at a liberalisation of the country's feudal structures and a representative government. The draft of a constitutional charter for the Russian Empire (Gosudarstvennaja ustavnaja gramota Rossijskoj imperii) written between 1818 and 1820 under the direction of Nikolaj Nikolaevič Novosil'cevs (1761-1836), draws on the constitutional experiences of other European countries, especially France, Poland, Germany (the constitutions of Bavaria and Württemberg), and influenced subsequent projects of the liberal bureaucracy until the beginning of the 20th century. In contrast to attempts at reforming the state apparatus undertaken by the Russian government itself, the constitutional projects of the Decembrists of 1825 represented a revolutionary alternative to Czarist rule. Building on the Enlightenment's concept of natural law and influenced by the constitutions of North America, they endorsed sovereignty of the people, a republican state structure and the abolishment of serfdom. Thus a scholarly annotated collection of Russian historical constitutional projects based on authentic texts is now available to all researchers, teachers and students of political studies, political philosophy, constitutional law and history. The volume's editor, Oleg Subbotin, teaches at the Belarusian State Pedagogical University in Minsk.
